Mantra #1 is a bit more "in your face" - for the hardcore moments.

Mantra #2 is a little softer and clearer - for those moments when we need a gentle reminder of how to R.A.S.I.N.S. the fuck out of ourselves.

WORDS.

June 1, 2017.

Oh God you guys, what do I even say about this one? It wasn't like last month's lecture where it was incredibly hard to pull together and make sense of - I had that punchline before I even started constructing the material.

I guess I start by saying: riding the edge of your discomfort is one hell of a thing to do - especially when it happens in a month where you traveled 20 out of 30 days, went through security 10 different times (and customs twice), slept in 7 different cities, had a few hundred IRL conversations (at She Recovers in NYC and at our live workshops) when you're a frightened little introvert, started working on your investment plan again, didn't get to write your book, forgot to call your mom on Mother's Day, gained and lost 10 pounds, and lost your shit on social media in a less than pretty way. Which is to say that if I could let it burn and not give into some of my favorite storylines and destructive behaviors in the month of May 2017 then I can do anything. And so can you.

This month is a build-on to not only last month's theme of STAYING, but it also is a continuation of the discussion we had in HSS Week 3, where we built rituals and replaced wine bottles with bath bombs. Have you ever thought as you were adding in all these tools, Am I just replacing one habit for another?" or I feel addicted to La Croix is that bad? Well this month, we tackle that issue head on as we go deeper into working with cravings, extremely uncomfortable sensations, our old stories, and what it means to let it burn.

Before you use the mantras, I would advise you to watch the video - they won't make much sense without it. The video is also pretty straightforward, and "only" an hour. Links to the suggested resources are below, as well as the video and meditation.

To our collective burn and to our freedom.
